Tuesday 7-IX-65. Departure from Paris in the evening Crossing Italy - Greece 8/11/IX/65 Crossing Piraeus - Limassol = 11/12/IX Disembarkation at Limassol - passage to Nicosia visit to the excavations of the enclosure of Kition at Larnaca, under the guidance of Mr Vassos Karageorghis, expounding on site his account recently published in the Chronique 1964 of the BCH. Then arrival at ENKOMI and settling in at the New Camp, where already gathered are Mr and Mrs Kuss, Mr J.P. Nicolardot, Mr and Mrs Johnstone. On 14 Sept. I tidy the shelves of the garage, sorting the essential pieces to be regrouped (possibly at the depot of the village) with the bulk of the equipment.
