Sunday 26 September 1965Detailed visit to the various sites of Kourion in the company of Olivier Masson and Christophis Polykarpou, former assistant to Mac Fadden for the excavations of the American Mission, currently suspended. We successively saw the stores of the future Museum then the sites of Bamboula, necropolis and town, of the excavations before 1939 by J.F. Daniel of Kaloriziki, of classical Curium finally. In the afternoon, visit to Tamassos and the site of Lambertis, of the M. Bronze (settlement not excavated nor recognised ?) and necropolis, at Politiko-Tamassos. Return to Famagusta for dinner.
