of small radius (R = 3cms). This pottery can be compared with the two jars that were placed at the foot of the north bench, whose necks were of the same shape and small inner radius (R = 3cms, 7.). Another fragment to note: a sherd of bowl of the type "Granary" with wavy line found in the part most central of the south-east sector. The rest of the pottery used is not identifiable. These are only wall fragments of large jars in reddish fired earth, coming from the use of a marl, rich in iron oxidex, unrefined and often mixed with a vegetable temper. All these sherds are flaked by fire or altered by ash. This layer of sherds of Hearth F1 occupies a thickness of average 3cms. After the removal of the pottery layer F1 a semi-clayey level C is found over the whole periphery, whereas what corresponded to the centre of the Hearth 1 = F1 of 911 consists of a mass of clay very dense, difficult to break, having an oblong shape of 10cms by 20cms and a thickness of about 3cms.
