(over) Film pack 27, with 6 pictures of capillara pots, has not been used up and printed. In the annotations the photograph number appears in parentheses. Prints will be supplied. The typed inventory list has been (through tomb 38, and including also 52, 54, 55 and 68) annotated either with a photograph number or with an explanation. The latter is usually "not found" (or the like) or "not phot." This last means that something corresponding to the description was found but not in a condition to show up in a picture. The photographs are grouped in the pack by tombs. The object numbers written on their backs are the numbers on the tomb plans (and additions to those series in the case of pots made up from sherds). These are the numbers which I have written on the actual objects. There were so many subtractions and additions that it seemed best to general abandon the serial numbers. IN From the geometric tombs (not checked here except for tombs 52, 54, 55 and 68) nearly all the items were recovered, with (over) minor potand excavations and numerous additions from sherds.
