St. 900Blue green stone charm?

L. 0.026 W. 0.0106 Thickness- 0.005

Blue green stone. The top side and the two long sides are more or less straight while the bottom side is rounded. Two notches cut on each of the long sides near the top. Also a hole was begun on each of the flat sides but never finished. Perhaps this was to have been a pendant charm.
