Mended; missing pieces of rim and chip at join under base.

Coarse dark reddish-brown clay; fired uniformly throughout with many air holes and pocks made by large white bits on surfaces.

Plain shallow bowl with low ring base, gently concave beneath.

Undecorated. Some spots of white stain.
