low ring base, wall in one sweeping curve to flattened inverted rim. Around base outside: multiple bands enclosed by two heavier bands. Halfway up: 4 multiple bands. Paint on rim and handles. Around center inside: same as around base outside. Undoubtedly B-on-R-II although I do not find parallels.
