Sherd from body of pithos. Medium brownish chocolate clay, grey in core, with much fine sand and air-holes, med.-hard; wet-smoothed. Relief band impressed with cylinder seal decorated with griffon. Very fine workmanship; central part of body not impressed, due to lack of pressure on seal.
