Drawing: vertical section diagram showing stratified layers labeled 1, 2, 3; arrows, lines and text labels: "S. E. corner", "Trench line", "1 W extension", "S. E.", "1 1/2 W", "S. of street", "280", "2 W", "cont p 189"

PIT 64 - South extension looking South Films 3 - either sides of trench show slight change here 25, 27 to 33 1. sand earth gravel debris few stones many stones 2. fairly clean sandy 3 earth very few stones

Hard to say just where 2 begins but 3 begins as a very light line of lime & debris of 2 is much dirtyer than 3 or 1. layer 1 definitely slight change in soil seems to indicate general level of trench. Film 54-6
