S.E. Bldg. DIARY 2850 of lime concrete from this stratum with tiles in tile stock. Removed also several days ago S.E. Bldg. E 30-36 S 4-10, 2813-3, moderately compact reddish brown soil with few stones - small ones averaging about egg size - very few any larger. 13 tile frags which I am stocking on wall at E 35 S 5. About 1 1/4 buckets sherds. 2 glass frags F 1895 and lamp frags F 1896 coins F 1897 to F 1909 Setting up (after taking down to insert additional course) N.W. pier with half engaged columns in S.E. Bldg. court. For this purpose we had three new stones made. For second course we had two stones cut the square block and 1 half-column; and for the 3d? th course one half column. Only both half columns in 4th course
