Removed portico S. Bldg. opposite room 1 and corridor 1 and east side of room 2, 2657-3. Loose reddish brown soil with very few stones averaging about 1/2 egg size: hardly any s/aw/er stones, if any, very clean fill; about 1/2 bucket tiles which I am stacking on wall at 9.40 w. n. of n. wall of bldg. opposite west door of room 1. About 3/4 bucket sherds. 2 stamped handles P. 1864.5. 2 frag. animal from one place in shed bag No other finds. This is a stratum of fill.
