Removed S.E. Bldg. E 24-29, N 4-9 2705-2 moderately compact soil many rough stones ranging in size up to bucket size, many chips, all fallen stuff; soil much redder or in south part of area - rather dark dull earth in northern extension of area. See Film 155- 12 & 13.] About 3 1/2 wheelbarrow loads of roof tiles well over a half being from southern half of area. About 1/4 bucket of sherds only. One terracotta figurine frag. placed in sherd bag. [Coins 8] F 1806. No other finds. Am stocking tiles on the rock at E 26 N 8. See Film 156-29.
