ARCHITECTURAL N. 2422 the 6th plinth (n. face) should be at about 0.35m in from n. face of stylobate- here at 14.35m If we allow .54 for the width of the plinth, then the cpts of the 6th column should be at 1/2 .54 further in (0.27m) 14.00 .35 .27 14.62 We have found that, if the actual columniation of 1 and 2 (in situ) is applied it would be at 14.13. There would appear, therefore, to be an irregularity of about 0.50m!

Room 3 If we assume that the 1st column was at the same distance w. of the n. wall as in room 5, then we may calculate the theoretical points on which the colums stood in the stylobates. cont. p. 2425
