WALL side p. 2297-3 U 1.70 - 5.15 m. 2297-3 north of s. wall, loose red soil; fair quantity small stones averaging fist size, largest being about double fist size. At bottom stratum some dark soil removed - somewhat grey but no other change noted here. All fill [margin left: Hel now on e. wall of 2 corridor large cu fr. tile fr. cor.] 8 tile fragments only which I have placed on east wall at 3.10 m north of s. wall (point where section was drawn (2297). About 1/2 bucket sherds. No other finds.

WALL 2293-4] S. of n. wall 2293-4, loose reddish soil averaging fist size about 1/2 bucket tiles which I have stacked on east wall at 1.10 s. of n. wall. About [margin left: F-1409 1410] 1/6 bucket sherds. 3 Roman lamp frags F. 1409 and few frags glass F1410. No other finds
