Outside of West of large room cleaned down to first layer revealing slight trench on east side, this trench was probably for pipe, from fishpound, fragments of pipe found in general vicinity. Cleared first layer around stones in room be to south of trench. These stones rested on second layer or just above it with an intervening layer floor. It is thus probable that this room had been ed being altered with that this alteration had been abandoned and that after this the stones fell.

Cleared the large room of all fill.

Removed stones over drain just west of west room north of large.
