In center dromos just beyond shurdstones shown p. 61 was a fill of soft pebbles which extended across E & W and on west side goes under layer above. These stones lie on top of sixth layer.

Clearing first fill west of south parodos clearing first fill west of center orchestra. clearing third layer southwest parodos. cleaning north dromos. cleaning entrance no 3 under center dromos. cleared second layer of french no. 2 by center dromos, clearing third. In center dromos; cleared sixth layer from north side of entrance no 3 to wall E & W across dromos south of entrance no. 3 from dromos to colonnade. In front of entrance this was only two or three centimeters deep. South of entrance it be came deeper
