P.142no. 7 Third layer between theater and palace showing full of stones pebbles next to semi circular (garden?) of palace. This 1.30 wide 20 cm deep This 1.30 to 1.50 wide 20 cm to 25 cm deep and slopes down toward SW. Toward SW the bed rock comes to light. This may well a foundation trench for the semi-circular northern extension of palace.
Cleared second layer between palace and theater, Clearing Third layer many loose stones It extends over hard area beside theater. It extends over bed rock in east for a distance of 1.4 m and is about 30 cm high. It stops 1.3 from semi circular extension of palace, where there is a fill of pebbles with cement extending to semi-circular extension This fill ends just about where north wall of palace proper begins

Cleared fourth layer in south dromos mid-section between stairs and wall of columns across dromos. There is in the office a drawing of the marks left by stones in cement The fill as cleared was much the same as that above as far as we could see.
Clearing fourth layer south of south dromos, part of used second portal under theater 1.7 meters west of wall no 4 has appeared.
Clearing heavy blocks south of wall no. 3 and soil. about level with actual top of wall no 3.
