There appears above flagging of this to west of dromos a layer of gravel and stones which is approx. level with remains of continuation of east wall of passage. Daniel is of the opinion that this is here has been placed here to fill up room as in north room.

Is on just staircase to west of room we have been cleaning, with mosaic above.

Just to west of wall of staircase in line with remains of wall on either side of passageway looking west, and on a just about in front of wall running East and west, there a change of fill from light fill further east to a darker one west indicates a hole from which a stone of the wall running N + S was later taken out sometime [illegible]
The fill to east of passage axis of passage cleared, floor consists of large flag stones with a hole in the center which comes from digging a hole down the middle of the fill for stones etc.
The fill to west of axis of passage cleared just above roof tiles, exposing N S wall again with stair case against it
