Dec. 9. Finished digging Tr. 1 in St. Anne. Nothing of any value found. At Apollo continued clearing archaic altar H-I east 0-4. Dug Tr. 5 Lambda-Mu west 0-4 first stratum. Also Lambda-Mu east 10-14, Lambda-Mu west 22-28, K-I west 22-26.
Dec. 10. Christo sunk many small trial trenches in various parts of St. Anne ravine to find ancient dumps beginning with southern end of Tr. 1. Apollo much the same as yesterday. Also dug K-Lambda 20-22 as well as west 22-26. Also K-Lambda west 26-28. Continued digging first stratum same place as yesterday. Work called off at 3:00 P.M. on account of rain.
Dec. 11. Work began at about 2:00 P.M. today - on account of rain - continue digging in same places as yesterday and Monday. Nothing in St. Anne's ravine.
Dec. 12. St. Anne - same. Apollo Tr. 5 I-M west 20-22 & K-M west 20-28, M-N east 12-14, all first strata. Street 1 E-Z west 2-6 first stratum - I-K east 0-2 also K-Lambda east 0-2. Street 1 N-Xi.
