These sherds precede those of phase 2, which date the use of the floor of VI.1.

(b) Sherds found on floor (probably most from paving itself) were of LC III type pithos. These sherds may be considered along with phase 1(C) dating the initial stage of House VI.

21:4 I am uncertain as to exact location, but apparently E. of House VI. Cleaning to bedrock yielded fragments of LC III pithos and plain ware. G.72 found cleaning trench.

These sherds may be considered along with phase 3 (accumulation over the floors).

The LC II chavara floor looked like a habitation level but contained no sherds.
