(P 2800) with incised grooves near rim was recovered. This very similar to, though coarser than, bowls I have elsewhere called Kalorizikə grooved ware, which seem to be the predecessors of Red Slip bowls. A cross join to P 2800 in C 1b may indicate a disturbance of the fill at some point after the discarding of P 2800, the context of which seems to place it toward the beginning of the Iron Age.
