NOTE
The barbed wire fence enclosing the area is to keep animals out and to restrict the number of visitors that it is desireable to have visit the site at one time. Groups of 15 are the maximum number that the guard is capable of showing around. It would be appreciated immensly if visitors would resist the natural temptation to pick up or move any objects within the fenced in area. Some of these have been left where they are deliberately; others come to light after heavy rains and may not be noticed for some time to come. They often provide the excavator with valuable information.
