PROJECT NARRATIVE SUMMARY
Location: Athens, Greece, & Cyprus

Date initiated: 1978 Date of completion: uncertain, ca. 1985(?)
Purpose: publication of UM excavations
Progress to Date: Mr. Megaw has published preliminary articles on the Basilica and has made good progress toward the final study
Project Cost: (include anticipated requirements for Museum funding through completion of project) Do not have sufficient data for estimate at present
Source of Funds to Date: I think probably Mr. Megaw has been able to obtain support from the Cyprus Dep't. of Antiquities. Perhaps also from Dumbarton Oaks, Washington. UM allocated 350.00 in 1978 from Harrison Fund. Requested to continue.
Potential Sources of Funds: Several years abo it was suggested that this might be a joint publication of UM and Dumbarton Oaks
Proposed use of 1983 allocation: (if requested) Final photography for publication, when needed
Collaboration with other Institutions and Scholars: (including task assignments and funding) Possibly Dumbarton Oaks
