25 I '85

Dear Roger This letter is long over due! I was very pleased to learn that Prof. Dyson has consented to extend the budget for my work through this year. I have put the "wheels in motion" with the draughtsperson and she should be starting work on the final drawings and a few illustrations by next week. I am working on the text now at a good pace and plan to increase it next month. As it stands I plan to send you a sample of what I have done in the next few weeks for your comments, criticisms and suggestions. I have set the end of June for the completion of all phases of this work so that when I come to Philadelphia in early July (I'll be spending a month at Bryn Mawr's library to work on another leftover due project) I can give you the final draft of the monograph complete with plans, photographs etc. Then while I'm in Philadelphia we can discuss any changes, revisions, emendations etc that need to be done.
