Certainly we would undertake to supply these, whatever you need. We would, however, have to determine what size enlargements and how many so that I could figure out the cost and ask for a definite sum for the 1985 budget. Do you have study prints in mind? Or are you thinking of final enlargements for publication? Do you want just object photographs or excavation photographs as well?

I have done a survey of Ay. Ermoyennis rolls as follows:

McFadden nos. 48-97, 116 and 117 V. Grace nos. 1 thru 46

For most of the McF rolls we have 3" x 5" prints already on file. For VG rolls we also we have a set but they seem to be of mixed sizes, mostly smaller.

If any of these would suit your present purposes we would be glad to lend them to you. They would be suitable for study purposes if that is what you have in mind.

I have film lists for McF for rolls 48 thru 65 and 116, 117. [handwritten: typed] /Lists for 66 thru 96 are unaccountably missing although we have prints for these rolls. Do you have a set of typed lists for these rolls? Presumably there are handwritten lists in George's notebooks.

For VG rolls I do have complete lists.

Yes, we do have one (a draftsperson!) who does good work. Let me know how many drawings are involved so I can get an estimate for the budget. Do I understand correctly that you now have the profiles in pencil and that it is just a question of inking these pencil drawings?

Notebooks: I have VG notebooks 1 and 2. I do not have the supposedly eight McF notebooks. Do you have them?

Catalogue cards: I have a shoebox of cat. cards here.

Tomb 8 drawings: Also here, marked no longer needed.
