October 25, 1984Dear Franny:

We have just received notice that the deadline for "Requests for allocations of Museum funds for research and publication for the calendar year 1985" is November 15.

When I got in touch with you last year at this time you said you thought you would be in a position to make plans and give thoughts to your needs for Ayios Ermoyennis by this time this year. Yes? We are eager to hear what you now have in mind.

Your floruit is now four months along. I hope you are all bright eyed and bushytailed!

Affectionately,
