Dear Dr. Corner:

I am delighted to hear that your Society will undertake to publish Mr. Last's manuscript on the water supply of Kourion. Also to have Professor Thompson's welcome comments.

I enclose the form, with my signature, as you requested. I will be glad to undertake such responsibilities as would have been expected of Mr. Last.

About the dating of the lamp I will be glad to supply further suggestions for its dating. I will get together with Miss Richards about it since I believe the print I gave you is the only one available. We can also amend the map I think, as indicated.

I look forward to the appearance of the article in your always excellent format.

With warm appreciation.

Sincerely,
