Dear Roger: Here is the expanded "Introductory Note". As to the co-ordinated lists, i.e. publication numbers and note-book or coin numbers, I doubt that a perfect list will ever be possible. Having once put the identifications on the lists I seem to have been careless about keeping cards I expect more than 9/10th of them can be done - may be a larger percent - but it will not be perfect also in doing it a number will no doubt emerge that are now tucked away out of order. As to the two varieties of coins listed, in new introduction Nos 77-79 and 87-89, I doubt we shall have any evidence. For 77-79 I have references: C 3107, F324 Ap. 27/3/35 and for [circled: 91] Tr. 305, 25/3/35 only. For 87-89 (no 87) C. 4216, C. 3082, C. 3910, C. 3181 A. As you see, several missing. If you think it desirable, but I think of little interest to numismatists, the introduction could end by giving list of publications on the site - both those published and those proposed. If the note suits you I would be grateful if you would fill in the blanks and have it typed at the Museum - 3 copys - sending me the original and one copy keeping the second with the rest of the tsor typescript you have. I am having great trouble rousing myself to make preparations for departure. But suppose I shall get off. Hope you approve yours Hannah.
