26 October 1956Dear Larry:

I wonder if you would be so kind as to bring me up to date on the state of the skeletal material from Curium and Kouklia and Sotira which was sent over for study in 1955? No doubt you had communication with J. Benson on the subject while I was away, but I find nothing here toguide me in the matter.

The Cyprus Gov't's permit for their loan to us has now expired. If they are needed longer for study I can no doubt arrange to have the permit renewed. If not, I should be making arrangements to return this material.

If they are to be returned now, do you by any chance have a list of those which were included in the shipment? I do not, since they arrived while I was away, and if there was a list Jack must have it somewhere else, or may have given it to you.
