DEPARTMENT OF ANTIQUITIES Nicosia, 23rd June, 1955.

Dear Sirs,

With reference to your letter of 26th May, 1955, this consignment of Soltra skeletal material has been despatched at the request of Dr. Roger Edwards, the Pennsylvania University Museum, Philadelphia, whose wish it was that the payment of the freight and other expences would be arranged by him in America on the carriage forward basis.

I suggest therefore that your account of expenses amounting to £7.18.3 should be sent to the Agents of the SS.EXPEDITOR in Philadelphia for collection by them.

Yours faithfully,

Handwritten: (Sgd.) A.H.S. Megaw

Director of Antiquities.
