Agora,
June 5, 1954Dear Roger:
Here are carbon copies of 1) a concordance of Curium SH, listing VG inventory numbers, [handwritten: ...] of discovery, VG (personal) photographs of the handles, etc.; and 2) a summary of the stamps I have on record as found at Apollo, with such dates as can now be given.
The originals of the two typescripts will go to you with the Stillwells, along with other material, including the contacts from my personal films needed for the SH catalogue cards, newly photographed handles, also old ones of which prints for some reason were never attached to their cards.
You may possibly want to have a check-up on your camera, or make some test: the film you very kindly let me take with [handwritten: is a] bit misty, different from my others in the way that prints from your Gordion Roll 211 are different from prints of the same objects from Gordion Roll 155. Maybe it needs some internal cleaning.
If you want anything brought from here, I am sure the Stillwells will bring it. I don't know whether you have heard from them recently. A letter from Agnes dated May 26th gives the following itinerary: Leave New York June 15th (she thinks) and arrive in Paris June 16th; Leave Paris and arrive in Athens June 21st; Dick and Dickie plan to go to Cyprus June 26th, and then Dickie will come to Corinth later in July (she hopes). For your sake I hope not.
Yours,
