Dear Roger, Thank you so much for your letter of october twenty fourth. It contained just the information that I wished to have. What I would like to do is to give the money to establish a small medical center in Episkopi but don't yet whether that would be legal or not. If that is not possible I will write to the Director of Health and tell him how to dispose of the money. Meanwhile I have gotten a letter from Christos the foreman which I will answer in a few days. [handwritten: hank you so very much.] Do you know what has happened to Mustapha? I wish [handwritten: George did] ... It is unquestionably true that George did something financially in his servants death but alas, he made no provision for it. The paper that his secretary found among his papers does not hold as it was made prior to his will. And that ten percent thing does not hold either so the lawyers tell me. Also those bonds could not be paid to a person not living in the U.S. Caroline and I plan to give them all the sum of money that he said that he was leaving them in case of his death that not until we get the money ourselves from his estate. We have not gotten a cent yet. And their is a question whether we do or not children may inherit as my brother Billy's, instead of us.
