MEMORANDUM OF CONDITIONS

1. Under the provisions of the Banking Act of 1933, we are not permitted to pay interest on demand deposits.

2. The following service charge schedules are applied to those Current Checking accounts maintained with the Foreign Department which do not meet the prescribed minimums:

Accounts under $2,000.-

Average BalanceService ChargeActivity Allowance
$1,000. to $1,999.-$1.-per month48 items
500. to 999.-2.-per month48 items
400. to 499.-2.-per month32 items
300. to 399.-2.-per month24 items
200. to 299.-2.-per month16 items
100. to 199.-3.-per month16 items
Less than 100.-3.-per month8 items

Accounts over $2,000.-

Depositors with accounts over $2,000.- will be charged only according to activity; however, if any charge is made we will apply a credit allowance against total service charges in proportion to balances on the basis of 10 cents per month on each $100.- of average balance.

Each check drawn or deposited, each deposit total and each debit or credit entry constitutes an "item". When the activity in an account for any one month exceeds the applicable allowance noted above an additional charge of 5 cents is made for each extra item.

When there is no activity in an account the service charge is lowered to a flat $1.-per month. This compensates the bank, in part, for maintaining extensive facilities ready for the customers' use at any time.

Rates for service are as follows:

Each check paid 6 cents Each deposit 6 cents Each check deposited 3 cents Each debit or credit memo. 6 cents Monthly maintenance 50 cents

The above charges cover the usual services performed in the handling of a Checking Account. Charges made for other services are available on request.

3. Checks remitted for deposit should be drawn either:

(a)To the order of the depositor and be endorsed by him to us, or

(b)To the order of The Chase National Bank for account of the depositor.

Because of our continuing responsibility for endorsements on checks, it is not our practice to accept such items payable to the order of an individual or firm other than our depositor, unless the prior endorsements are covered by an acceptable bank guarantee.
