Dear Mr. May:
I am sending you herewith bill of lading covering a shipment of sixteen cases of antiquities from Cyprus which were sent on the S/S Alma Victory from Larnaca. Cyprus direct to Philadelphia. Will you be on the lookout for it and make the proper entry for us? We have also received the insurance certificate for the shipment; if you need that, will you let me know? The contents are archaeological specimens excavated by our expedition to Cyprus. You will arrange, will you not? for examination at the Museum. And let us know when you need the money for the freight.
Very truly yours
Registrar
