UNIVERSITY INTRAMURAL CORRESPONDENCE

June 25, 1947Curium Excavation Fund

Dear Mr. McFadden:

In accordance with our conversation, I enclose a statement of receipts and disbursements for the subject fund.

You will note that I have attempted to give the date on which your various contributions originated in each case.

We have made an entry to cancel the contribution of $503.61 recorded under date of March 3, 1946, in accordance with your request, and this amount is not included on the statement.

I have not attempted to itemize the sundry expenditures, amounting to $136.37, but will be glad to do so, if you require that information.

If there is anything that is not clear about this statement or you wish any further information from this office, I will be glad to provide it for you.

Very truly yours,
