CORRESPONDENT'S NUMBER

SUBJECT: [handwritten: Dear McFadden]

Thank you for your note of the 5th. On the whole I think that 1 p.m. would probably be slightly more convenient in that Professor Abercrombie has now acquired a number of appointments on Tuesday morning; that would leave us the whole of the afternoon for looking at Curium and Apollo. I should perhaps add that Professor Abercrombie is accompanied by his daughter. My wife, however, will not, I am afraid, be able to make it.

Handwritten: Yours sincerely,
