January 16, 1946Attention: Mr. G. W. Tomlinson Manager, Foreign Department

Gentlemen:

Confirming our telephone conversation of this afternoon, will you kindly request the Ottoman Bank at Limassol, Cyprus, to cancel the draft drawn by the First National Bank of Philadelphia, dated December 19, 1945, for L246-13-1 stg. for deposit to the credit of George H. McFadden, if the draft has not been received at the Ottoman Bank, and to arrange to credit Mr. McFadden's account with a like amount of the draft. This should be done as promptly as possible, and advise me the cost.

Very truly yours, R. L. S. DOGGETT Treasurer
