Dear Miss Grace,

It is a very pleasant surprise when it becomes necessary to distribute the letter like the enclosed.

Delaware has refused three times to collaborate in exchanging information, so I have had to make my own report to be "confidential". However this note will give you access to the lands and the summary of information which you can use. If you require it for publication in the press or elsewhere, you can wish to use any information which you require. If you world like please for yourself in a few publications or the photos from a line. The last ships shown are in the land cases, I have late one in mail case. Don't hesitate about having information if you want it, because I will not refuse any request from you.

Yours sincerely James R. Glavant
