Dear Jayne,

Many thanks for your letter of December 30th and for the check of $1,000.00. The balance as well as the fund for Daniel should be sent to the Ottoman Bank, Limassol and drawn to the favour of Curium Excavations.

I am glad you found the reports interesting. They are, of course, not at all suited for such a publication as the A.J.A. but were written with the thought that they would probably appear in the University Bulleton. They might, however, be alright for such a magazine as the London Illustrated News. I should appreciate it very much if you would let me know as soon as they are published. If they appear in the Bulleton I wonder if you could send us three copies here and also to the following;

↙ Mrs. Bernon Sheldon Prentice 609 Park Avenue, N.Y.

↗ Mrs. J.K. Ewing 3rd Ivy Cottage, Bryn Mawr.

↙ Mrs. J. Randolph Harrison c/o Geo. H. Cradden & Bro. Packard Building Phila.

There is little new to report since I last wrote you as we have been catalguing and studying finds most of the time. Daniel has just begun digging
