December 30, 1937.

Dear McFadden:-

I am enclosing a draft on the Ionian Bank for the equivalent of $1,000. I promised to send this off shortly after I wrote you on December 9th, but we were delayed making the necessary arrangements, for which accept my apologies.

We shall endeavour to act more promptly when we hear from you as to when and where to send the balance, as well as the fund for Mr. Daniel.

The reports arrived safely, as I cabled you, and are extremely interesting and satisfactory. I'll let you know what provision we can make for publishing them, as soon as I have an opportunity to go into this matter.

With best luck to you and wishes for a Happy New Year.

Sincerely yours,

Horace H. F. Jayne DIRECTOR.
