Dear Sir,

In view of the keen interest which the excavations conducted under your guidance and supervision have aroused among many peoplie, we thought it appropriate to apply to you for authoritative information about the intended articles unearthed so far. In this "ELEFTHERIA", please include:- for publication in the "ELEFTHERIA" the following:

(a)A list of the articles found with their characteristics of derivation, period each is ascribed to etc.

(b)What length of time will it take for the completion of the excavations?

(c)How many men are now being employed in the excavation work?

(d)Who is financing the excavations, what sums have already been spent on actual excavation work and how much more will or has been appropriated for the same purpose?
