Sir,
I have the honour to hand you herewith a copy of an agreement, dated 30th May 1934, by which Oxuz Ahmed Mustafa, of Episkopi, has given me the right to conduct archaeological excavations in his field, L.R.Survey Sheet 58/4, plot No.4, which was deeded to him 25th April 1903, registered under No.1451 Episkopi, L.R.O., and mortgaged to Evkaf Agency, Limassol, 26th June 1923 under L.R. No.22359, and to thank you for your assent to the said agreement in so far as it affects you as mortgagee.
It is understood that you will be previously informed of any payments to be made by me to the mortgagor by reason of the excavation in the field named.
