- Opening of three new soundings: (and closing!)
*In J 11/1 (dimensions: 2 x 2 m). at the base of the sounding a fragmentary mortar. end of the sounding at 1.69 m. Nothing to report. = S 7
*in K 11/3 (dimensions: 2 x 2 m) End of the sounding at 1.68 m. R.A.S. = S 8
*in K 10/2 (dimensions: 2 m east to west x 1.50 north to south). End of the sounding at 1.96 m. R.A.S. = S 9.
- Closing of the sounding in I 11/4 at 1.81 m. At the base of the sounding at 1.81 m ~ , a neck + handle + fragments of body of a jar bonded into the southern wall, near the SW corner of the sounding. Another part of the same jar, as well as fragments of other jars, at the same level to the SE of the sounding = body fragments + handle(s). => This material not in place, crushed in place and several jars not complete. No associated floor - In fill -
- Closing of the sounding J 11/4 at the altitude of 1.73 m. R.A.S. Water begins to appear.
- Closing of the sounding in I 11/3 at the altitude of 1.68 m
- Closing of the sounding in J 10/2 - I 10/1 at the altitude of 1.93 m.
- Opening of the two quadrants L 9/2 and L 9/3- baulks of 0.50 m on the 4 sides.
*Creation of UF 1: surface layer in L 9/2.
